Shipping policy

We currently ship to the United States and Europe (EU, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway), and shipping is free on all orders, with customs duties and import taxes included. For other countries, please contact us at info@velmorastone.com.

 

Since every piece is handcrafted from natural marble and travertine in Turkey, please allow 4–6 weeks from the date of your order for delivery. This includes hand-carving, finishing, careful packaging, and shipping to your door. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

 

Need it sooner? Express shipping is available on request. Express rates vary depending on the size and weight of your piece and your destination — please contact us at info@velmorastone.com before ordering and we'll send you a quote.

 

All orders to the United States and Europe ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — we cover customs duties and import taxes on your behalf, so the price you pay at checkout is the final price with no surprise charges on delivery.

 

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away at info@velmorastone.com with photos so we can make it right.
